Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the B&B Cleaning website, your requests for quotes, your bookings, your payments, and the services we provide. By requesting, booking, paying for, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
B&B Cleaning provides cleaning-related services for homes, rentals, and business spaces, including recurring cleaning, commercial cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning, subject to availability and operational capacity.
2. Quotes and booking information
Quotes and pricing are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of inquiry or booking. Accurate property details, timing, access information, and scope information are important. If important details are missing or inaccurate, the quote or service plan may need to be updated.
3. Scope changes and pricing adjustments
If the actual condition of the property, the size of the job, or the requested scope is materially different from what was originally described, pricing and service terms may be renegotiated before work begins. B&B Cleaning is not required to begin work under materially incorrect assumptions.
4. Payment terms
Payment is due before service begins unless a different written arrangement has been confirmed by B&B Cleaning. Accepted payment methods are card and bank transfer. Cash is not accepted.
5. Scheduling and operating hours
Normal service scheduling and operating windows are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Appointment availability is subject to scheduling, logistics, staffing, and service area capacity.
6. Cancellation policy
To avoid cancellation issues, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled service time. Requests made with less notice may not be eligible for the same flexibility depending on the circumstances and scheduling impact.
7. No-show and inaccessible property policy
If the customer does not appear, does not provide access, or otherwise prevents the service from starting at the confirmed time, B&B Cleaning may charge 50% of the service amount as a no-show or access failure charge.
8. Access and property readiness
The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. This includes keys, codes, gate access, parking instructions, building rules, and any relevant entry information. Delays or problems caused by incomplete access information may affect timing, scope, or charges.
9. Additional services and related work
Some projects may involve discussion of related services such as light touch-ups, furniture cleaning, carpet cleaning, or minor repair-related coordination. These are not automatically included unless clearly confirmed in the scope and price before work begins.
10. Customer communications
By contacting, booking with, or submitting information to B&B Cleaning, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, and email regarding your request, service, appointment reminders, support, billing, service follow-up, and where permitted by law, promotional communications.
11. Website content and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information clear and useful, but we do not guarantee that all website content is always complete, current, or error-free. Services, coverage, prices, and processes may change over time.
12. Limitation of service commitment
B&B Cleaning will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and in line with the agreed scope, but we do not guarantee a specific commercial outcome, deposit return, landlord decision, guest review, or project result beyond the service actually purchased and delivered.
13. Refusal, delay, or discontinuation of service
We may refuse, delay, or stop a service if access is not available, the property conditions are materially different from the quoted scope, safety concerns arise, payment requirements are not met, or circumstances make the service impractical under the confirmed terms.
14. Privacy
Your use of the website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and manage information.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after an update means the updated Terms will apply going forward.
